For me any boyfriend that comes up to me promoting their girlfriend is a very wise man. I keep putting it out there, come to Gracie and she will encourage and promote your talent. But you have to at least make the effort and prove your worth by simply stating who you are and what do you do.

So let me introduce you to Alja Jerman. She was born with special marks on her face. Here is her story.
I started to discover make-up really soon and it started to become my passion, my work, my lifestyle. I was taught how to apply make-up by watching music videos and fashion magazines. After some time I met one fashion photographer and asked him if I can do some make-up for test shots and he was up for it. A very wise guy. This is how I started my career. People were starting too see my work on facebook, twitter and they were interested in me.
Building a Brand
I started to work on some good project like catwalks, editorials, music videos, theatre, TV show, advertisement, video production, makeovers. In one of the projects I met one agent from Italy, Milan. They asked me if I wanted to try in Milan. And there it was, one great challenge for me, something I always dreamt of. Working as a make-up artist in one of the capital cities in fashion. As my confidence and credibility grew. I decided to go to London to take one fashion make-up course to upgrade my knowledge and to get more confidence. When I came to London I met the love of my life. I decided to stay and try to make it even in a bigger city, again from beginning with even greater challenges. What next?
Working For Gracie Opulanza
There is one thing I am not very good at and that’s makeup. I adore it and give anyone the utmost respect for being able to transform ones look. This time for my next big event. I can tell you one thing for sure. Alija will be doing my make- up. What event will that be? Just think menstylefashion.
