The Kitakore Building, which is a ramshackle building built has been repaired in the various designers own image. Each shop – Secret Dog, Garter, Ilil, Hayatochiri and Southpole – is owned by creative designers who experiment making one-off pieces like petticoats and blouses made from wire mesh.

Their latest addition is a gallery space that has exhibits by avant garde international artists.
